Longdendale Trail Upper Derwent Valley in the Peak District

The Londendale trail is a converted railway trail of around 13 miles or so long and fairly flat, it appears flat but it is actually slightly hilly although you wouldn't know it riding on it with the odd little hill

The  Longdendale trail runs along side 3 reservoirs in the Peak District, very picturesque running from Hadfield to the infamous Woodhead Tunnels. My start point was mid way along the trail at the Torside res car park
